Not that bad :) In Switzerland, Austria and Germany here we have quite a few dishes where u combine raw potatoes with raw eggs as ingredients. But then u also fry/bake or cook the dish for a longer time.

Yessss! Finally a Spanish dish! So yummy, yet so simple (when you have the normal recipe, that is). Although it is much more frequently eaten for dinner, in a sandwich, or as a tapa than it is for breakfast (only if it is left over from last night, lol). I would have liked to see them try a more complex, less internationally known one, but at least it's something! HOWEVER, did they just put the UNCOOKED POTATOES in the eggs? 😰😰😰😰 They must have been still raw when they took the dish out of the pan, yikes! 😬😬😬😬

That was so funny!!! But... It's true tortilla is served on bread buns for breakfast on some places, but it's not a breakfast!! And please, next time fry the potatoes on soft OLIVE oil until soft and lightly golden, let it rest some minutes and then mix it with the eggs and cook it.
