What should I do if I had already been using my name for 10 years as a registered business and filed a trademark but had to file extensions due to funds. Meanwhile, two other companies in the same class filed similar names and one of them took my labeling layout. I'm so stressed 😥

I watched and enjoyed your video. I am Starting an online Coffee business and already have my IEN along with my LLC. I was working towards my coffee company being named "Sky Harbor Coffee". However there is an airport named "Sky Harbor international" in my state of Arizonia. Now they are an airport and I am a coffee business. How would something like this play out, any thoughts?

I want to creat gym apparel brand and live in the UK but there’s already a business in the US for gym supplements with the same name. I believe it’s trademarked as ‘… Muscle LLC’ and as I said in the US. Could I use something like ‘… Fit’ seeing as I’d be just apparel, not supplements and in a different country? No one in my county seems to be using the brand name but seeing as there’s one overseas and within the same industry it’s aimed at I just don’t know. Seriously want to be able to use this name somehow.

so the word "Happy" is marked and you want a similar as a "Happier" name in the same class good/service.. can u get a contest from the other owner of Happy? I know Happi is the same as Happy. they will not approve it.

Theres a person with pretty much the same name as mine. Does it really matter if its in a different state? They are from Ohio and I am in DE.

No it probably doesn’t really matter as long as you never intend on expanding. If he federally trademarks the name be fore you and then decides to franchise or expand, you may have just wasted a lot of good business years building clients only to be told a cease and desist of that name. Every situation is different but why risk it. Get the trade mark if anything to protect you and keep him from expanding into your area. Not a lawyer and not legal advice, just my opinion from what I understand. Blessing

Hey everyone, I want to use a name "Ultralum", my business would be around a portable projector. There is a business called "ultralumservices" but they're in a completely different class, they do billboards in a completely different country, and they're in a different trademark class.
