Once you have all the items for the order on the tray, you have to set it to "status: ready" so the server will take it. I found the game a bit fiddly and manual; I suspect it's geared towards the multiplayer experience, where you can have different people handling each part of the process. As a strict non-multiplayer person, it doesn't quite float my boat....

You can precook the burgers to have them ready to go. They don't lose temp. You can also stack bun tops a mile high on one paper for space saving organization and ease of grabbing. Have burgers plain on paper and top them off as needed. 😊
