Thanks for the video! Yes, the game is pretty simple. We try to keep simplicity as we did with our previous game Fly Corp. The goal is to create simple but catchy gameplay :) We want to add more feature (to existed levels as well) with updates. I mean features like underground parking or excursions from the hotel.

"Pyramids and huge guitars" isn't a bad moniker for the Rock'n'Roll Hall of Fame Museum, actually! There aren't many other reasons to visit Cleveland, but that museum is brilliant, and honestly worth the detour for anyone who finds themselves roadtripping through the Midwest. And to see your hotel, of course, Penge.

Honest question: what did you think of the thumbnail for the video? I'm trying many different things out, just to see what sticks, and I thought I'd go for a very popular thumbnail style that I've seen on loads of other videos (the Noob Pro type thing). I'd love to know your thoughts!

@@TheGeekCupboard To be honest? I had to double check to see if it was TGC--seemed a bit out of character for the channel. Which is not to say I didn't like it, or it's "bad", per se, because your GC corp colours stand out well. :D You just seem way too lovely a bloke to call things "noob" (also more original a person). I think it'll get "lost" in the crowd. [Also, my first thought when I saw it was--huh. I rather like the wee motel, so take that as you like :) ]. [Also my GC notebook arrived today. Yesterday, in actuality, apparently. My son brought the packet in dripping wet after an overnight Brisbane summer storm. I was afeard. But no, the insides were nice and dry, the mob packaged it into a nice thick plastic bag cover and it was not damaged in the slightest. It's lovely, too. Will use it for my CK3 notes. :D ]

imho, I think the noob/pro thing is not just a little, but way overused. It's definitely good to explore new ideas, I think it's important for you to retain your channel colors in whatever you go with - it'd be cool if you could somehow incorporate the Tea theme into the thumbnail 🫖 a blue & yellow teabag tag hanging off the border maybe? 🤔 make the thumbnail look like it's in a teabag? I'll keep thinking 🤗

@@TheGeekCupboard Sim Tower was great, and for some reason still unbeaten - regardless of many lookalikes. (However, Project Highrise made a nice attempt with their visual approach.) But never heard about Yoot Tower as well! So, I've googled it: screenshots I saw look really similar to Sim Tower (elevator shafts, people figures, etc.) - and it appears that Yoot is the nickname of one of Sim Tower devs who made a follow-up for the title! Didn't expect that of a comment tread on KZbin haha

This game its awfully similar to one i played back in the day in a Mac OS 8.1 (and at that Time that was old), 64mb of ram, dont remember the cpu. It was integrated in the mac alongside with a 2d helicopter game where you upgrade it and destroy troops and tanks, and More difficult levels other helicopters.
