In my game, Mary Sue married a rich young guy, then she died from being old (life elixir helped her vice versa) and the guy married a black widow (which he didn't figure out yet). Lilith has a baby from Don Lotario's son from one 100 kids challenge and now she is hiding with a newborn in the forest. Daniel is single and and retired. Oldies has their small house occupied by kids from 100 kids challenge who just waiting for them to die to get the apartment.

That was such a great video and I loved the choices you made. I never thought of Mary Sue and Kaylynn as a couple, but when you think about it this is a best way to stick it to Daniel. I loved all the townies invading the house while important stuff was happening. It is very much in brand for the sims 2. Also I never knew you could pay someone to leave your house like you did with Dustin at the beginning.

As a kid I would always try to keep the family together but now I kicked him out so fast after he was caught. I moved her and the twins into a downtown townhouse so they can be closer. I always saw Mary Sue as a workaholic type so focused on her job, Daniel was cheating right under her nose. Figured the iconic house had so many bad memories for her family and she could refocus her life on her family.

It's a small thing but I like that you didn't change Lillith's alternative fashion sense. Most other videos I've seen of fixing the Pleasant family's lives seem to tend to remove her goth look, which really just takes away so much of what makes her unique tbh. I appreciate that you improved her life while still letting her express herself

I really enjoyed how you decided to play the Pleasants❣ I have played this family so many different ways, and I was super excited that you chose to ignor Mary-Sue's chance card, because it makes for a more organic outcome (not knowing exactly when Daniel would be caught in the act). I, sometimes even choose to have Daniel not hang out with Kaylynn, to work on his family relationships. That is not as difficult, as Daniel is easier to appease than Mary-Sue (for me, at least). Of course, since romance sims are hard-coded for serial romance, Daniel will likely autonomously cheat anyway, or roll lots of wants for it. So, I sometimes spice it up giving him a family secondary and the same for Mary-Sue. Almost always, I repair Lilith and Angela's relationship at uni...so, hoping we can get a peak into that there in a later video❣🤞🙃

Thanks for sharing your gameplay! And yeah, I feel like you can get quite far by refusing to hang out with Kaylynn, it’s just near impossible to trust Daniel at any point haha. Secondary aspiration is a fun idea if you want to spice things up or add more dimension to their character 😊 I certainly plan on doing an episode with the sisters in college, I agree that’ll be a good opportunity to fix their relationship :)

One time I decided to save Mary-Sue and Daniel's marriage, but with a twist: I asked Kaythlynn (? in italian she's called Cecilia) to move in, then she found Daniel cheating with Mary-Sue 😂 they all became quickly friends and forgot about everything, Kaythlynn kept living there and even got married with a dude and a set of twins! In this save Angela and Lilith also became best friends! I usually play the scenario as written, but I had fun forcing the event in another direction!

Whenever I play this family I love to get Kaylynn pregnant and divorce Daniel (or kill him while Mary Sue watches and laughs if I’m feeling a bit mean). Then I’d have Kaylynn and Mary Sue get married and raise the baby (so much drama!) I don’t ignore the career pop up though, so I either rebuild her career or choose a different one that I think she’d like. I also try to repair Angela and Lilith’s relationship, progress their relationships with their bfs, and get them both into college. I think the twins have a bad relationship mainly because of the favoritism the parents showed, so I make one of my main goals to have Lilith and Angela become best friends during college. I’ve never seen anyone else get Kaylynn and Mary Sue get together so that was fun! Loved the video

I always go through the scripted event: Daniel cheats with Kaylynn; gets caught by Mary-Sue and they divorce. Lilith runs away but gets reported on time that she returns home. In some of my other games I had her run away and then added her to the Oldie household, the Dreamer household or to Daniel's new household but most times I have her return home to improve her relationship with Angela and Mary-Sue. Daniel marries Kaylynn and they usually have a child (sometimes Kaylynn cheats on him with Don Lothario or he cheats on her but most times they are faithful.) Angela goes to college with Dustin, they get married after college and have two or three kids. Lilith goes to college with Dirk , they get married after college and have one child. Mary-Sue usually stays single in my game, sometimes she gets married to a random townie but doesn't have anymore kids. (because she's nearly an elder also she's a carreer woman and has had a handful with Lilith and Angela fighting all the time lol)

when i first played this family when i was 10, i was a bit wild and wanted to cause as much chaos as i could. So after Mary-Sue caught Daniel cheating i moved Kaylynn in and got her pregnant. Originally I also wanted to make it very wholesome but then I just went along with the chaos 🤭 And yesss, making the sisters get along is SUCH a struggle 🥲 You need to be careful and keep cancelling the fighting interactions, otherwise they’ll just undo all the progress. Daniel didn't get caught while the maid was there but he went on a date and Kayleen (i dunno if that's right aka the maid) sent flowers. Mary sue saw it so she kicked him out. Daniel moved to a lot and got the maid and another townie pregnant. But mary sue forgave him so he moved back. Mary sue gave birth to two other kids. (I still hate daniel lmao) All of the teens went to college together. Lilith didn't. Angela and the bad boi moved together. Lilith and her lover got married and she is prego atm. Alexander has a huge crush on Lilith but she doesn't give a f.
