Call me a Karen or whatever, but if someone serves me fooked up food, I ask them if I can speak to the manager and tell them the food was dog 💩. If you don’t say anything, they will keep f******* it up and they will lose business in the long run. the cook serving bad food over and over won’t do it right without knowing they are doing it wrong. The server writing orders wrong won’t know without feedback. So, as a manager, you can either take the side of your bad employees and lose business or listen to the consumer and make a correction to keep their business and make them want to come back. That’s why they say the customer is always right. It should be, “The honest customer is always right.” There are definitely people that lie to get something free, those people are garbage people. I’ve never complained when my food is delicious 😂. I tell them they did a great job. Now do you zoomers get why people ask to speak to a manager after you messed up? 😂

It's not always a Karen that asks to speak to the manager. I work at a McDonald's and I don't blame them sometimes for wanting to speak to someone other than teenagers who don't know what they are doing, the service and product can sometimes be shocking and it's not exactly dirt cheap anymore

Brooooo I can relate so much, my dad owns a food waste recycling company and I have been working there since I was 16 from the ground up. Now I have a management position and whenever we have a pissed customer come in saying. “I need to speak to the owner” or something along the line I’m like “uh, you can speak to me I’m the owners son” usually they keep quiet after that because not many people know that I am the owners son. I try to keep my mouth shut and ears open Long story short only once like you have had someone test my qualifications saying “you should be a better manager” or my favorite “you work in the office, you don’t understand what goes on outside” and I’m like “uh, I started from the bottom, I spent hours upon hours opening boxes and dumping out products in the heat and snow I think I’m qualified for my job” lol Anyways great video lol it’s always funny to see someone I can relate to working for a family owned company
