You know, the thing is, one time, when I went to a Wendy's, I was just looking at the menu (I just got in the store) and they started rushing me, asking me why I was taking so long (again, I just got in the store and it was my first time at Wendy's in a long time) and they rushed me. Afterwards, when they finally gave the food, I tried to check it and they rushed me out saying "Dude, leave already". It should be noted that there were absolutely no customers. But they were angry at me for not having my order right away and for not leaving right away when the restaurant was empty. And when I noticed that they got my order wrong (they gave me spicy chicken nuggets instead of regular ones), they called me a Karen. And when I wanted to complain, saying that they should never treat a person that way, they were all saying stuff like "why are you such a Karen" and stuff like that. My point is this, sometimes, the customer might be a jerk, sometimes, the worker can be the jerk. I feel that by using the term, it kinda becomes a weapon, even if the person is not in the right.

Honestly I would rather not. I have a 7 year old niece who I'd named karen. (I'm honestly not lying but its up to you to believe), and I see her upset most of the time because people call her a karen, make fun of her, say that she is a terrible person. Kids are both cruel, and sensitive. For us its just a meme, but uncultured minds do stuff like this. We live pretty close so I often see her. Most of the time, she does not seem in a good mood and I know the reason. Its so easy to make kids cry you know? "Kaaareeen kaareeenn!" In a mocking tone is all it takes.
