Been a while since we trained calisthenics! Back at it again with ‪@mikemikeunbreakable8518‬ for a solid muscle up focused workout!
Main movements we are working towards are: strict and weighted MU, front lever, and weighted dips!

Great format where you bring on knowledgeable trainers to teach these basic fundamentals. You're always fun to watch because it seems like you have such a good time. Keep on doing what you love.

I would love a press handstand progression video!! I can hold a handstand pretty. But I feel like finding progression to press handstand and handstand push ups are hard! Love the video :)

Nice video. You’re are strong and Mike is a great teacher . I’m 69, started Calisthenics at 63. My first muscle up at 64 and I can hold a good form front lever for 3 seconds ( my hip start sagging after that). I never thought muscle up is easy even I could do 4 consecutive strict ones, it depends on a good day or not, the result is never consistent. There were days you looked up at the bar and you felt like you were not going to make it over the bar. I wish I had Mike so he could help me learning the human flag.

Loved this vid! im one of the rare people who find pullups wayyyy easier than dips, but most people are the opposite. Little T was doing pause pullups with 15 (kg or lbs not sure)... and then her disp were 45lbs (or kg) !!??? not sure which but either would be insannnnnne, even if its lbs thats still 20kg, but if its 45 kg dips my mind is blownnnnn

I was doing the same, starting with pullups, dragon flags, muscleup, and frontlever got boring. When switching to handstand, the form is very bad because of my lats. Feels like my back has to be pushed at a kiropractor because stretch isn't work, even doing it every day. Got a shoulder injury and lost the ability to do dips. Now I'm back with a handstand, but I feel like if I put more effort into handstand, I lose the pullup strength, and shoulders came quite soft. Feel like I'm stuck and I can't progress.
