Hey Biffa, gotta say I wasn't expecting a rundown on your youtube history, but 13 years is impressive. I'm a brand new creator for Cities Skylines 1 and 2 for now, and honestly, 2 is making it tricky to stay motivated. I guess you could say I'm doing what you did 13 years ago and just doing videos for fun....er, more or less. Anyway, thanks for all the tips and tricks that got me into CS1, and that are helping to stick around in CS2. I'm still trying to find my own style, but like every new creator, I'm just another bumbling fool for now. The death-and crime waves seem pretty frustrating as I remember we were told there'd be no need to spam service buildings all around a city in CS2 whereas it seems that's what has to be done anyway to make the city work

I mean, ~50k People on that Island and 3 or 4 crematoriums isn't that bad at all, is it? Wouldn't call that spamming, especially as Biffa surely overdid it a bit for the future. The traffic also didnt really help getting the services to their desired places.

em, Biffa. the largest stadium in the UK is Twickenham and it can only fit 82K people. Don't know if you go to rugby games, but if you want to know how it would feel like to stand in front of 150k people imagine that, but double.

Just for the record, Twickenham is only the largest dedicated Rugby venue (actually the largest in the world). Wembley holds 90K and is the actual largest capacity stadium in the UK (and the second largest in Europe) 😉

39:54 pretty sure the high rent symbol only disappeared because no one lives there anymore. I only realised with my large city recently by hovering over all my low density residential, that half of them were empty. When on the zoning tool, you can see the roads are red which means bad suitability and no one will live there, meaning you have to increase the zoning density. This is really annoying as now my city has literally 0 low density residential. 🙃

Hi Biffa, I've been watching your videos for a few years now, probably i'm the only viewer from Brazil hahaha. Since you're open to game suggestions to the channel, i would like to recommend Oxygen Not Included. This is a game from Klei (Don't Staver Togheter is also a must) and you need to micromanage your resourses and duplicants until you build a rocket to get out of your asteroid. It's very very fun. Hi Biffa. Congrats and keep it up... You can get the camera to maintain orientation to a vehicle if you click on it to follow it then open photo mode and hide the UI using the 'crossed out eye' icon...

I believe it still shows the app in the corner, unsure if you can make it go away with hiding UI. Worth a look maybe. 13 years is a long time! I think you should cut every second road from this collector 42:09 . So they gonna use previous one. As a profit, you gonna half crossroads on it. Same cutted roads also can be cutted from pre-previous collector as well with same result. Or change this roads to oneway, so they don't need to hold traffic on a collectors . I think

Its a good idea to diversify your games but not so simple as a game expert niche! Best of luck to you and your family. Timberborn is a good choice as a city builder but it's challenging at the early stage as you build up the basic skills. Its a game of knowing what you need when and you'll learn the hard way! I do sympathize as precious few games allow for your signature fix it style.
