Heres some helpful tips for this game: nobody will accept an alliance if they don’t have a 31+ diplomacy score with you, however they will accept almost always if you have a positive score and your at war with someone who their at war with. It’s the same thing with pacts, they’ll only accept if your above 6+ diplomacy score, however they won’t accept that if they are a much bigger nation than you Terrain doesn’t matter. When your screen turns red and does a little trumpet sound that means someone has declared war on you. Also you should really read the little book pop ups on the top right, they will also tell you if someone declares war on you, who it is, as well as other stuff like sanctions and peace offers There is no attrition in the game, as long as you have money to spend it will keep the troops fine.

Bro you are so bad at this game rip... Tips: 1) increase funding for research so you can unlock stuff quicker 2) Invest in training camps early on! Shock troops are WAY more powerful and just as cheap (you just will need to produce lots of iron) 3) trade with nations! Things like oil and uranian go for a lot. And if you mine gold, make sure to have mints to turn it into money automatically
