Shizuka's facial expressions when consuming spicy food is SO different from any other video she has done. So funny and entertaining! Having the producer trying the spicy noodles was a good feature. Maybe Shizuka should have had a guest which would maybe have been more entertaining. Great video! Hope to try these spicy dishes one day! I look forward to the next video!

I know this sounds strange, but the trick to eating spicy food is to keep going and not stop. Once you stop, the spiciness will really hit and hurt, but if you keep eating, it helps to dull the pain.

Awesome food adventure. I like how during the 2nd part she tasted without the rice, and I knew immediately that would sting more, and she confirmed lol. Then the 3rd part while eating the noodles after the first bite, she habitually pushed away the plate. 😂 I can feel it.

looks like you handle spice very well. The problem with milk is, it will help your mouth but not your stomach. Same with ice. The only thing which helps really is turmeric. I didn't try it myself but i read it. cool video btw!
