FYI -- The negative about using refrigerator mats is that they impede the cool air circulation. That is pretty important. Something to think about.

Hey Syd, I just feel it needs to be suggested and you do as you feel comfortable. I an concerned about announcing you are going to Be alone on the farm. With all the crazy folks out there it is not always safe. I am always posting how we just came home and we are home from a trip for example now the chance to rob us is all gone and over. I sell stuff at my house on marketplace and craigslist. Folks come with cash to pick up the items. When they ask what is a good time to come I start by Always saying there is always someone here but we only let folks come when there are two of us. The must also bring exact amount of cash. We put the item in the driveway with the garage door shut so they can not see what or how much we have. Great video very fun esp the end with the spooky horse sneaking up on you. I think you are right about the TEMU it is like a newer younger version of Amazon trying to get itself going. I am sure the quality of items will get better as time goes by. God bless Y'all take care

Worked on an organic dairy farm from time to time when I was in my mid thirties with some friends we had gotten to know when we moved to Amish country Holmes County Ohio my wife and I had our own company and when two of their sons came down with a nasty flu we jumped in we had both run the tractors milked the cows fed chickens etc just salt of the earth people we home schooled so the boys came with us what a great education for them to see where your food and milk comes from and how much work it takes to get it to you you could just show up anytime and get that milk just turn on the swisher to mix it up and pour away we had old glass milk jugs and just left cash on top of the chiller we had a big swimming pool and in the summer a lot of kids either homeschooled or the public school pretty much lived with us and when they would taste that milk their eyes would just bug out it was so good it was the same with the grapes and berries that grew wild I’m 66 now and a lot of those kids stay in touch

Are you cleaning chicken poo with the red rake! Hmm I’m learning. And does Chickens get mites which I have heard, but not how bad? And if so, what do you do for that so the other animals does not get them and their ears are fine? Thank you so much if you have time to respond! I love all of you all videos, and wish I had more time to watch them all ❤️
@3MISSISSIPPI Жыл бұрын
Chickens can get mites but if you give them areas where they have dust baths and keep their coop clean you likely won’t have an issue . Some treat with de but premoguard works too.
@retribution41 Жыл бұрын
@@3MISSISSIPPI I just have a coop that I built on wheels and I do move them weekly. No dust baths but I have noticed my dog has been loving his ears rubbed more occasionally, “time to time,” and when I clean them out every week or two, that it’s dark brown as if he’s always getting dirty. Hmm, Im just learned this. I’ll stop by the vet tomorrow and pick up something for him. 👍🙂

What is your recipe for your firecrackers?
@3MISSISSIPPI Жыл бұрын
Ingredients: 1 box of saltine crackers **The seasoning amounts are to taste but typically I do ~ 1 packet of ranch ( plain) 1/2 packet of spicy ranch Dash of fresh cracked pepper Garlic power ( until your ancestors tell you to stop ) A pinch of salt ( don't add too much or they get gross since the crackers are salty ) Red pepper flakes Dash of onion powder *** all added to 4 cups of vegetable oil and stir well . Put all crackers in a zip lock bag and pour in mixture Let soak and turn frequently for at least 2 hrs up to 24 hrs Spread on baking pan and bake at between 250-300 for anywhere between 30-1.5 hrs depending on how crispy you want them
