Thanks so much Ashley. I really appreciated you addressing teaching Hot Yoga during pregnancy and what worked for you, as I have been confused as to what I should do. I’ve had doctors just put the label of ‘no go’ on continuing my work (I believe they are thinking from a practice/exercising in heat perspective) and warning me of dire consequences and birth defects, and they don’t quite understand what teaching Hot Yoga actually entails (I believe it can be done with minimal exertion, but does involve me being in a 35 degree room). For now I’m just listening to my body and I don’t feel depleted by the heat, so I’m assuming I’m not internally overheating. Thank you!

Thank you for making this video, it’s really helpful. I’m pregnant at the moment and I’ve graduated from my YTT a month ago, I was feeling a bit sad because I thought I would be able to teach vinyasa. Regards from New Zealand ❤️
