The sealed back vintage Polytone Cabinet came with a 12" Eminence (Red Coat Tonker) on one side and the other side had a random car stereo speaker (8" Xenith Cadence) and two Eminence tweeters (APT80-2). The Jacks were wired so that one jack was only the 12" and the second jack was the Xenith/Tweeters.
I upgraded the Xenith to a 1956 Heppner speaker (from a Hammond Organ), and re-wired the jacks in a clever way.

Thanks for the comment VR! The Heppners sound really light and crisp. I've since removed the tweeters and routered out another hole so there are 2x 8", it's so much better. Check it out in this video (Les Paul pickup shootout video kzbin.info/www/bejne/iIe0aqesjrWAe9k)

That combined speaker & tweeters sound great at the end ( outtro) of this clip. I don't know what volume level you recorded this but non the less it sound great.
