Very effective weathering with some realistic tones. Just a suggestion, but on a prototype 7 plank side door wagon like that, the top two planks would generally run the full length of the wagon for strength, so if you are intending to show replacement of those planks, they should be bare wood colour along the whole length, not just between the side stantions. Planks either side of the door could just be replaced on one side or the other. There are loads of photos of similar wagons in books like The Acquired Wagons of British Railways: Volume 3, all show replaced top planks to run the full length of the wagon.
