Can independent adjusters work as a team?

How many years of experience do firms look for in adjusters? And do you recommend working as an independent? Currently working on finishing my pre licensing course and getting my license soon!

I'm not sure if I missed it, but I did not hear the part "Matt shares his thoughts on the best way that a couple can close more claims with less stress as a team." what were the best ways that couples can close more claims? Also, do firms allow the option to complete an assignment with a friend or partner? should this be mentioned when they are contacting you for the contract?

The best way is for both to be adjusters with their own claims and hire an assistant to look after phone calls, etc. It's not the firms who allow/disallow assistants (friends, etc) - it's the carrier. Some don't care, others won't allow it. The best thing to do is call the IA firms and ask what they suggest.
