Hello Sir,I was digonised with locolised breast cancer(HER2+ve) last yr 2023 and had surgery (BCS )on 17Jan 2024 after completing 8 chemo cycles ,my breast lump melted after 4th chemo only ,my axillary node were negative also,I have completed my 17 targeted therapies including 15radiation after surgery, Tamoxifen is the only medicine I am taking,now I am going to have ovary removal surgery too so please tell me do I need Mastectomy as a precautionary treatment or can I have a healthy life after all this treatment 🙏
