Kim and Tom, the amazing Christmas display in Makati City, near Greenbelt Mall, is a must-see activity. It never fails to astonish visitors of all ages with its dancing lights timed to upbeat tunes and Christmas jingles. You can have a picnic and buy stuff at the French-Filipino Christmas market. From 6 p.m. to 10 p.m. daily, the Ayala Triangle Gardens are home to the Festival of Lights. Cheers.❤️

One time I accidentally dropped my phone and the camera took damaged. It was glitching. I brought it to an apple store and they said that the repair would cost me almost the same price as a new phone. Then I brought it to greenhills and they fixed it for 9k. And this is still the phone I’m using right now.

Tom, I adore your parents. Their care and deep love for you and your family were palpable. All of you are so positive and loving. So inspiring.

because it’s part of our culture, we had a mentality that if we have a damage item and we think it can get fix why throw it away? knowing that it can be fix..unlike in other countries I’m seeing brand new appliances getting thrown away because they didn’t know how to fix it. We’re lucky we have this people in the Philippines that knows how to fix appliances 🇵🇭

The technician side of Filipinos. I've been doing this since I was young because I've seen my elders doing this on their own too. Just somewhat come out from nowhere. The mentality exactly.

@@jimmy23456 no. For people that belongs to middle class and upper class, our culture is never ask money specially from strangers or even relatives unless its Christmas and u go to ur godfathers or relatives but never do that for begging just because. You have found the wrong people, that mostly happens from uneducated poor people or gold diggers. Even me as a Filipino never understood that because we grew up and taught to work hard for whatever u need, my father was a good provider and was working monday to sunday to provide for us with a business he started from scratch and he had double bachelors degree,he studied in chinese school for elementary and highschool even if hes a pure Filipino, coz they can afford it, so he can speak Fukien (Hookien) all his siblings are professionals too and are all based abroad, they also grew up comfortably since my grandmother worked had to give them a good life thru businesses even if my grandma only reached elementary school, she broke that cycle and was skilled for business. I helped in our family business when theres no school and during the summer. All of us his children have bachelors degree as well. We never asked for money, we worked on our own i even brought my dad to travel abroad aside from he was able to travel to Canada for a vacation twice to visit his mom and siblings who are based there when we were in college. I give food to poor people in the streets but never money, i discourage that. In this scenario, u will see who belongs to the poor and uneducated class. All my friends and batchmates never begs for money coz they also belong to at least lower middle class and most are degree holders. So there u go, the stereotype u are referring to is just for specific group of people, The C And D people of the population.

My Apple ipad was also refused because they are not capable of doing repairs. In the Philippines, it's a breeze to find phone experts, not here in Europe 🙄🙄

here its mind blowing how smart and skilled these people are, and they didnt have any training, they just practice using an old or new phone and ive been to other countries and i have not found places like these, usually they can open line but thats it.

True that! The fact that most of these technicians didn't even go to school or studied these things but just through hands on experience and watching other people how it's been done.

Invest with a quality case to protect your phone, something like even if you drop your phone multiple times, it would not break because of the case that is protecting it. I dropped my phone multiple times and it didn't damage it at all because of my quality phone case
