This knocking rattel comes from a lose tin plate inside of the intake manifold. You can test it by taking of the throttle body and tapping on the tin plate inside of it.

This is what I thought originally, you will see I have done a series of videos on how I stripped and re sealed the manifold, however it turns out to be a lot more serious than this as you will see in later videos :)

problem removed? Where did you buy such sleeves? what is the principle of twinport operation? Is it operating at idle speed? What pulls the flap tendon? Bosch valve or potentiometer?I'm from Poland sorry for the lack of correctness in writing, writes via a translator.

Hi Danial I didn't replace the sleeves just the actuator bearings which I bought off eBay, other than the actuator valve and position sensors, you can't buy spare for these manifolds, just the complete unit which is expensive. As I understand it, the twinport system closes one of the inlet ports off at low engine speeds to increase vacuum swirl which in turn increases low end torque and improves fuel economy, the position of the flaps is operated by vacuum from the engine which is controlled by the ECU via a solenoid valve and position sensor feedback loop

A common problem is the baffles in the intake manifold but in my case it was something more serious, keep watching ;)
