Definitely using my Monomyth as a preamp / clean boost. I feel the distortion on it to be a bit lacking but the EQ is great none the less! Now If I pair that with the Double Thruster, I think I am in business!

What's funny is that in my pedal chain, I use a darkglass NSG noise gate that goes into a joyo scylla compressor, then the double thruster overdrive that goes into my darkglass alpha omega ultra and I play it all on a schecter stealth stilleto 😂

You could replace all that with a boss bass eq pedal......its literally all you need.

D112 mic cuts all midrange, leave it on a bass drum). Try AKG P2. It costs much less and sounds with bass cab way more better, without loosing midrange.

Killer demo, jayme 😎🤘🏻🎸 this pedal sounds phenomenal for the price. It especially sounds incredible with the schecter stiletto stealth. I’ve been interested in buying that bass. Especially since I’m a huge schecter fan. As for the joyo double thruster, I’m thinking about getting one.

Hi there! I bought this pedal thanks to your video, it was very helpful but I have a question. If I put the blend and gain at max, I can hear an annoying "hiss" noise that I can't hear in your video. Did you used a Noise Gate pedal with the Double Thruster? Thanks!.

Not bad at all...i'm old school so only go for that overdriven valve amp sound, no distortion just overdrive,this is good if used in small amounts, am i the only bass player in the world that dislikes Darkglass bass distortion pedals ?...the only drive pedal for bass's i like the sound of is the Eden 'Glowplug' used gently, it's not an overdrive or distortion pedal but does a great valve sounding slightly compressed transparent sounding tone, it's actually fast enough to overdrive the lowest notes, nice & sleasy...i could write a song with those lyrics...good demo as always...sounds good at gentle settings...i agree about the mix pot, all overdrive & distortion pedals should implement one or your tone can get lost in the mix & when playing live...👍🎸
