I'm starting to like these licensed blasters. Apparently when you limit your engineers to a specific size and shape, you end up with a compact, practical blaster instead of an overdesigned chunk of plastic with tiny internals.

That Qi'ra blaster reminds me of a double barrelled Mannlicher 1905, which wouldnt surprise me as Star Wars has historically based blasters from World War I and II.

The Wife and I are trying to plan a visit to some family in Puyallup (I *think* I spelled that right...) and since we'd be relatively close (compared to our normal domain in northern California) it would be nice to take a daytrip out of the way to have lunch or something with you.

I don't think I have plans! That would be awesome. Puyallup is about 10 miles away. In fact to get there from California you will pass with about 200 yards from my house. (I live 2 blocks off I5)

I personally prefer the form factor of the double down, as it's more like a sawn off double barrel shotgun/pirate pistol flint lock. Though i guess this one is more comfortable. Great vid as always!

Hmmm, might have to give that Star Wars blaster a try, I like how it looks but I don't really know if anywhere near me will have it. I only really got two spots to go close to home. A bare bones basic Targets (not even a Super Targets) and a (at the time it was built) Super Wal-Mart...which it's toy section has been rather lack luster in recent years..mostly older folks in my local area, most of the younger people move away as soon as they can.

If you open up the pumps front piece youll fine 2 Springs and a plastic case around half the spring. If you pull these out you can make a Shotgun of a smart ar pistol. I did iT with succes, only one thing is that you shouldnt shoot when no dart is in there Cuz that might damage the system

k26 is a specific spring. The name is derived from the serial number of the company that sells it (the last three characters are 'k26'). It has nothing to do with the spring rating.

I replaced my stock Qi'Ra baster spring with K26, and it'll catch, but I can't get it to fire after and it stresses the heck out of the post the catch is attached to. Any tips on getting things to work smoothly? The plastic lever attached to the catch also broke off, but it seems to work do fine epoxied back onto the red plastic.

I got nothing. It works fine in mine. You might need to shorten your k26. I took a full coil off of mine from the stock spring length

I bored out the AR, need to hotglue to get it working properly, cant get a k26 to sit in the plunger tube properly. almost seems to small and it comes out of the hole at the other end.

You can either bend the k26 out a bit so it won't come through the back, or get the barrel seated in the main shell as the red shell will hold it in. I tried boring out the AR and it did not end well, please let me know if it works for you and how you did it.

The issue with that is that the blaster wiuld no longer work. This blaster has a very low tolerance for spring size and compression.

Willa Riggins as short as I could without having spring rattle, and yes, I increased the catch spring.

Depends on the wars, your skill, the game type, the other players, your preferences. But in general the Stampede needs more than lights mods to be able to really keep up with most war primaries. With heavy modding it can compete just fine.
