The Dual-Strike uses a Longshot PT, or at least something that large. I turned mine into an Elite shotgun, leaving the Mega alone. I might make it into an absolver-type thing.

Capitan Xavier you can make the sniper shotgun contraption by removing a single mega dart barrel and put a brass elite barrel in its place for the "sniper" shot and then for the top barrels just drill out the AR and viola you get a shotgun-sniper that still has the capability to fire megas. Please like so Capitan Xavier will see this.

Take out the very first AR in the series, and leave the last two on place. That will give you a two-dart shot followed by a single dart

i use 2 double downs in my load out, one is the quiet sneaky blaster, the other is a monster with a 20kg draw and brassed barrels. the ar's never double engage, and they're stock. my local walgreens sells them for $6 a pop, i'm sure you can find them at other local drugstores. the catch easily takes most springs or combos. i can NOT recommend them enough.

I was working on a stryfe 6 months ago and forgot to put the trigger in so I had to take all the screws out just to put them back in and then realize I forgot the mag release I had a few choice words for that situation

With the dualstrike. You can't make the AR system shoot 2 then 1, but you could make it shoot 1 then 2. If you leave the first AR in place, it will block air to the 2nd and 3rd barrels, shooting only the first barrel. As the 1st AR is still in place when the first barrel is empty that will redirect air to the 2nd barrel. If you remove the second and third ARs then they will shoot simultaneously. If you were to try to get 2 then 1 by removing the first AR, then the 3rd singled shot will just blast air out of the first barrel because the AR isn't sealing it up, I doubt the 3rd dart would even leave the barrel, and if it did it wouldn't be impressive.

That was what I figured. I know that would work but I want it to fire the top two then the bottom one. I figured it would not work...unless I can rotate the who system so it first the bottom one first...which I would like even better...

equally impossible. However: If you remove the mega section and replace it with a mini absolver (probably 2 maybe 3 shots) you could then select between a single shot at the top and a doubled shot at the bottom. Bonus points for having a mega sAR system spare for nefarious other plots.

pry open the smart ar and double the spring in first barrel to make it shut faster so more air is directed to the second barrel. (good luck) Or Clog some of the air holes in the first barrel to force more air towards the second barrel and carefully enlarge some of the air holes in the second barrel so air can flow more freely trough it. Or Shorten the three smart ar prongs in the first barrel so it closes faster and redirect excess air into the second barrel.

The way the smart ar works, the air moves, usually clockwise, from one ar to another. If you removed any ar in the sequence, it would always fire, no matter which one was removed. You could have an airflow shopper built into an extended barrel for the first one in the sequence, then manually switch the airflow to the two other barrels, albeit with a bunch of dead space.

Your dualstrike idea is pretty easy to do, just take out 2/3 of the the ARs but the one that the that shoots first (load all the barrels and see which one comes out when you fire) and keep that one in. As for the maga barrels you can rebarrel one of them to shoot megas one to shoot rival rounds and the last one can shoot whatever you want (I couldn't think of one). I did not test this but there is a very good chance it will work, if you feel it is necessary test it on a triad. Sorry if it breaks :)

Ive seen how the tri-strike smart ar works, basically when the dart is in it opens valves to change the air direction, and the way it is setup it fires the same order every time. I dont think you can mod it to do what you want as although you can get the top two to fire together by removing one AR on the first barrel so both the second and first get the air. it wouldnt fire the third unless the first tube is plugged. although you could disable the third one, make the first and second one fire together, then make an adapter to fire a single elite out of the mega tube,

2 Things you could do too the Dual strike. Use the top three barrels as a shot gun, then rebarrel the bottom 3 for Elite darts leaving the Smart ar's intact. OR Leave the top three alone, then rebarrel the megas to fit 2 darts each while keeping the smart AR in tact. Seeing all the crazy cool stuff you do i bet you could find away.

Finally, a lock that's worth something in a nerf blaster! The release locking the trigger makes it so you can't accidentally shoot while splitting the two blasters. Very nice. K26 earrings, huh? That would be interesting, although getting it to fasten without being irritating or painful would require a bit of work. As for that last idea, ehh, kinda. If you take out the AR in the last barrel _only_, it'll shoot all three barrels when fully loaded, or shoot full power out of that one barrel if it's the only one loaded.

The Dual-Strike... holy balls that plunger tube... I do not believe that it is possible to make the bottom barrel of a smart AR system not fire while the others do at the same time. Without adding some sort of manually activated "break," I don't see how you could hold one barrel back while the other two fire. Personally, I'd thoroughly beef up the air siphon switch and remove the AR's off the top. A mega launched k26 would make a great ranged shot. Someone else mentioned this, and it's a good plan. Also, I find it mighty amusing how much your Black Friday Nerf Haul vid has blown up. Good for you, mate!

On the splitstrike, I believe, you take dremel or whatever tool you have at the time & u drill out first 2 air restrictors & u keep the third then disassemble the blaster & recouple w/ the correct size pvc. (Idk, I'm guessing 1 1/2 inch?)

I'm currently searching for that Doubledown... That design makes me want to mount it to my forearm and 3D print a new lower shell so it can be fired with a thumb ring or something similar... and since it can take a K26, and removing the smart AR... that's a scary surprise for anyone who sneaks up when you're reloading xD. If I get it made and working right, I'll gladly make a second and send it to you... in your colors, of course...

If you you still had the Crossfire Bow's bow part wouldn't you be able to put a stronger elastic string to push it harder? I did that with mine and it seems to sound louder. The bow part even bends slightly when primed.

I think it would be easier to close the bottom micro dart barrel, take out the micro dart smart ARs, and then close off two of the mega dart barrels, converting the last one to micro dart. You'd have to switch manually to the single dart, but it would definitely be doable.

One thing I think about is the endurance of these blasters once you put the K26 in them. How well do they hold up to the massive spring upgrade over time? I wanna do this to my Dual-Strike but I'm concerned about it's longevity. Will it probably break the plunger head even with some reinforcement with foam padding or something, Cap X? Cheers mate!

Oh yes, upgrading the spring WILL shorten the life of the blaster. That is an unavoidable trade off.
