Focus is the starting point. Without focus one cannot do any work including watching a movie. When a person can focus, it is very easy to meditate. If you want to transcend your 5 senses (which is the next step in yoga after meditation), sanskrit mantra can be very helpful. One can feel the subtle but superfast vibration of microcosm (smaller universe/human body). if one can transcend all 5 senses and thoughts, then it is called as Nirvikalpa samadhi state. It depends on pre-programmed karma of a person to achieve that state. Not everyone can achieve it. One can completely remove the past and future karma in Nirvikalpa samadhi state. But karma which is already pre-programmed in this life cannot be removed. We have to go through it.

It cannot be overlooked just how amazing this interview/segment is. This completely shows off Lilly’s unique abilities and what she brings to tv.
