My proposal for changes to P1: 1. Kerrigan starts with a Lair 2. Hatcheries, Lairs and Hives produce more larvae but Queens loose inject and are considered army units. (see Abathur). 3. Creep tumors have 5x health, gain supercloak when built, and are detectors. 4. Overlords provide 50% more supply and build instantly (see HoTS Campaign) 5. Overlords have 2x health, carry 2x units, and load/unload quickly. This allows queens to be in the army without worrying about control groups, greatly reducing the difficulty of army management. Enemy bases can be pre-scouted with creep tumors allowing attackers to take advantage of creep bonuses while also providing vision and detection for allies. Overlords can be used to more quickly move armies. A starting Lair and easier supply cap management would partially offset the overall army management and tanking benefits of Omega Worms.

Best thing to add to this prestige that may make some impacts is you getting 2 queens and 1 extra overlord at the start.

Another interesting buff: Make creep affect flyers. They can't use omega worms anyway, so P1 may be the air prestige.

Yup, its needed.Some people evden use P1 mass Air.

the most important buff kerrigan p1 need is to being able to rally the queen to kerrigan or wherever, even f2 them if needed, and make them auto heal like medics. it sucks that you can't even rally your queens, so you have to pick each one individually from the base which is beyond stupid. prbbly useful for versus, but has no place in coop. plus creep needs to buff spine and spore crawler as well, so at least p1 had a place for void rifts or something.

I think making the queens cost 75 minerals instead of 150 and produce faster would be more impactful since the omega worms are literally free after you've built the nydus networks and queens can't compare to that efficiency on their own. Queens should definitely be considered part of the army with P1 though.

Need to have auto-heal for P1 queens and be able to use f2 for these queens. Otherwise, it's quite fun to play p1 Kerrigan and make her undying just by healing her

Initially to me P1 Kerrigan was one of the worst prestiges in the game, but after getting used to Stetmann and prestiging Kerri on all servers I consider it decent enough. That 60% buff is great for both hero and her units (ally as well). At this point all I would want would be to make Creep Tumors supercloaked like Abathur Nests + maybe make Queens cheaper/faster to build (at least the first one since usually that's all you need). Kind of annoying having to delay either creep spread or tech early on, and having to replace lost tumors.
