The 306 does turn in a treat! The tyres definitely had the grip but we got them a little toastie and nailed the edges. Probably because the 306 only has around 2.25 degrees camber up front so we're going to test the medium compounds on the same setup and then try the softs again with more camber!

Good shout...I had the 1.6gti box on my 205mi16 running 187bhp and it was perfect, didn’t miss a beat........the perfect irony that this car was officially named the 306 Gti6 as I recall....only to take it back to 5! 😂👍🏼 Note - top speed may be limited to 130 ish...but it’ll get there fucking fast!🤷🏻‍♂️

Can i legally put a sport steering wheel on a road car with airbags. Ive got a vw polo 1.2 9n with 54 hp. Do you think i should take it to a track before i get myself a better car or just get myself a better car?

Why do you want a steering wheel? The reason we put them on is so that we can space them out with a steering wheel spacer in order to get the right distance so that our wrists are resting on top of the wheel. It doesn't matter what car you take on track really as long as it's mechanically sound with 4 of the same brand tyres on all corners with good tread, good quality brake pads, fresh brake fluid, etc.
