I haven't been playing Pokemon long and only recently found out about GLC. Absolutely love the format. Would love to come down to FGG and play it with some good people. Oh and I am a die hard Dragon GLC player.

Yes it is! Its called gym leader challenge; check out in depth rules and guides on gymleaderchallenge.com - its a very fun and unique way to play! You can only play 1 type (for example I played an All Metal type deck) and you can't have more than 1 copy of a card in your deck. Inspired by Magic the Gathering's Commander format.
