Can my instructor sit in the back of my Driving Test

I definitely wanted to sit my test alone and my instructor preferred that too as he hated being cramped up in the back of his 3 door Corsa.

I was allowed to stay in the back of my car while my friend was taking a driving test in 2020 before covid. Yes I was told I must not say anything at all. I enjoyed seeing the exam take place, it was quite a privilege 😊

If the instructor seat in the car while I am taking my test , can they make difference, if the examiner fails me, with out any good reason, it could be for any intention. Me I had my test two months a go. I asked my instructor if he can seat in a car, he say its ok. I started my exam after 30 minutes in a busy small roundabout, he asked me to go right, I indicate right, then when I was trying to turn right, then sudenly the examiner started shouting I said I am turning right then he grab steering weel then drove over the roundabout. I was shocked, we went back to the test centre, he told me I failed because he helped me with the steering weel physically. I tried to explain to him that there was not need for him to help me but he couldn't listen to me. I have complained to DVSA through the survey and if I go to cout with proof and win my case, the only compensation I get is free test, after all the damage is done. I feel sorry for minorities!

Sir, why would it be necessary to open the bonnet during a driving test?

Ho Vaidya. You may be asked to open the Bonet for the tell me question. Eg. Open the bonet and tell me how you eould check the engine coolant

My examiner was perfectly fine while we did the paperwork etc, the second i told him i wanted my instructor in the car, he turned into a right git, and it was safe to say i failed that one lol 😂

@dtc_uk I have another test very soon and this time I'll be going alone. Hopefully, helps me and the examiner feel at ease if I get the same as last time lol
