@@Corner_Citizen Yes, it can be a different type of dopamine kick. Having done a lot of running when younger I recall the sense of body and harmony and flow on long runs when everything clicked and the pace was good. It had a hints of the better about it. But similar to PvK's recent video about the TLC serving as a scaffold then so too must training serve as a scaffold to build something, rather than just having higher scaffolding eh. By the way, in my way of engagement I missed the key matter: well done, good video.
