Can Pokemon Sue Palworld?

I imagine they have some grounds to sue. But honestly, I don't think they should. Yeah, there are some similarities. But it's not exactly a complete rip-off. There are other games that have similarities to each other but are still 2 very separate games. In my personal opinion, I think they should take the high road and just let it go
