Ek new employee jab RBI join karta h, to woh RBI ko represent karta h, RBI itself has a huge brand image to the whole country, toh aap ke bhi kuch usool rehna chahiye RBI ke prati, badle mein RBI bhi toh aap ko bahot kuch de raha hai, bahot achhe Salary, Perks , Allowances, Promotions, aur kya chahiye life mein! I have seen many government employees including some teacher from old generation used to stay away from amy political, bussines related organisations because of such policies of their respective organisations. later teachers started their private coaching ( which should be stopped, as it creates conflict of interest kind situations), I think serious organisations should have some code of conduct because that person then becomes representative of organisation in people's perspective.

Yup, this will get challenged in Supreme court one day. It's just that people don't have much awareness about legal awareness, otherwise every other person would've filed several petitions challenging this rule. And today is one of the best times to challenge this rule across India as Chandrachud is a very progressive person and would strike down this rule across India, or atleast would allow employees to do anything, as long as it doesn't go against his organisation, on weekends and outside work hours.

Waise outright bolna ki "No, you cannot do any KZbining or blogging on any topic (that does not involve the Govt or RBI in any manner) in your free time!” is also invalid as it's encroaching on the personal life and constitutional rights of the employee. It can be easily challenged in the Supreme Court. Employee ka hobby ho hi sakta hai to sing, cook or make travel vlogs and upload the same on social media. Not sure how anyone can say that's not allowed.

Sir is it allowed that if an employee of either RBI or NABARD started KZbin channel and making videos subject to regulations of the organization, I think a mere starting of youTube channel by an employee to express his thoughts/voice subject to due conditions won't catch the impositions
