i have scoliosis, im 14 about to turn 15 i have an appointment to check my scoliosis in October so its pretty soon. I know i have scoliosis thankfully its not severe. I think i might have to wear braces. Hopefully the clinic i go to has modern day braces. I saw your other video about braces being effective and ill ask the doctor about the options i have. I think my scoliosis curve is 12-18 degrees im not sure i don’t remember it well.

I am in a very similar situation. Im 16 and was told recently that i had scoliosis. I havent yet had a scan to confirm this or check the angle. Im especially worried because im at the gym alot and im not sure how much that can affect progression.
