When I do legs in the gym a day before a round of golf, I play terribly because my legs just can’t start the downswing…I honestly don’t know how Pete can swing so well after cycling for so long every day 😅

As an endurance cyclist, I highly recommend a day off the bike. Let the muscles relax and recoup. Get plenty of clean protein down you and do not drink without isotonic/electrolyte all day long. You need to replace sodium/magnesium heavily when doing back to back days. Loving this series btw 👌🏻🚴🏌️
