I fell at Christmas. I had cracked ribs. 1-1-24 I did CARNIVORE for 8 weeks. I ate sardines, beef eggs, bone broth. I also rubbed CASTOR OIL on my side. I made a turmeric drink with water, turmeric and ACV. Daily the pain got better. I pretty much never missed a beat. Lord please heal Mike. 💙🙏💙🙏💙

Great info for Mike! We too have gone carnivore. I broke my elbow falling down the stairs last year from a dog related injury. I am doing well and have much energy most of the time. My food sensitivities and allergies are better now that I'm on carnivore and know what to avoid. At over 65 yrs. I feel better than I have in the past.

Hello Mike. Sorry about the painful experience. I just wanted to let you know that these types of pains usually occur in spring and late fall. These are transitional months that fall between extreme temperature seasons. The earth uses these months to adapt to the temperature changes, so our bodies do the same, especially for those of us who work outdoors ( ...hence, one with the land). These pains sneak up on us because we are doing our work in the same way consistently throughout the year, so when these months arrive the muscles are also adjusting to the transition and the pains suddenly pop up. This happens because we are unaware of the process of adjustments and we are unprepared for it. A good preventative measure would be to have a good stretching routine to do before and after the workload along with a brief stretching pattern in the evening. Even if you already stretch, do a little more during these transitional months. Hope this is helpful. God Bless you and your family!

I started with my kids driving when they were 10 ( not on public roads). By the time they were Thalia's age they were driving to the barn and back to on their own. My dad, in the late 30's was driving the farm truck during harvest time by the time he was 7. No power steering, power brakes, they put a 2x4 block on the accelerator because he was too short to reach the peddle. Kids can do hard things!!!

How excellent to see you teaching your daughter to drive. Iust sag i was very surprised that shes only 13 !!!! I was one of 7 kids born and raised on large dairg farms with adfitional sheep, pigs, choojs ducks etc. We all learned how to work on the farm. J never had a dtiving kedon in my life but i used to drive in my dreams from watching my Daddy . We didn't go out much but dad was always driving a tractor , truck, on the farm. Kother didnt drive except for steering a stuck vehicle that dad was towing. My 1st driving was aged 17 on the way home from a party late at night ,a car full of teens and the driver was drunk and tired, i volunteered to take the wheel. I swear id never toyched o real steeringcwheel in my life ....only in my dreams. I remember it as clear as it was y'day, where it was and that 53yrs ago. I then drove a column shift station wagon from Ravenshoe to Atherton a few weeks later. I just KNEW how to drive. I still marcel at it. Im still driving at 70. Your young lady displays calm confidence and is yearx older than age suggests.

I have Fibromyalgia and am unable and unwilling to take the drugs they want me to take. I make an oil infusion if equal parts CBD, Chamomile, calendula, arnica, Pepper, and comfrey. Yes I make my own CBD from hemp. When I first start a new batch it takes about 30 to 45 days but then I just keep it going. I make individual oils, I use a combo of Olive and Sunflower, but anything will work. Once I have the individual oils made I put equal parts into a different container and keep it on hand. It works for EVERYTHING, I have arthritis and several other issues and it works for all of them.

Mike, my husband and I found a remedy via a coworker of his, for carpel tunnel. (This coworker developed a natural soap that addresses skin issues.) Anyway if I can remember, carpel tunnel for us was a vitamin and mineral deficiency. One month on four supplements removed the carpel tunnel for us until now(almost 20 years) I remember the pain was excruciating and it ran all the way up to my shoulder. I could not sleep at night and it was hard to hold my children and do my house work. If I remember correctly, the four were vitamins E, D3, zinc, and C. I would add the K2 with the D3 for extra benefits. With healing your shoulder rely on Lacy's knowledge of herbs and natural salves. But, most importantly as a body builder... know what builds healthy tissues and muscle in the body. Maybe you could try the carnivore diet for a few weeks or months as Justin Rhodes and Jason from Sow the Land farmstead have done. They seem to be doing well. My husband and I are on it probably permanently, in order to heal. Good luck Mike to you... and... God bless you and the family!

Your daughter driving is not crazy in my family and 150 acres cousins, my siblings EVERY ONE could drive a truck by time we were 8-9 years old. My grandparents put blocks on brakes , clutch and gas so we could reach them. Adults had to throw hay bails, or pelts for livestock. Remember we did not have side by sides and four wheelers. Also we all learned to drive tractors. Trucks were mostly column shift.

In TN depending on Bus issues kids could drive to school as there wasn't enough buses to take all the kids to school. My husband drove big tractors at 8! And he was small. My kids did farm chores & drove to school (neccessity) & worked jobs too. Dont see kids doing that so much. *my kids all i. So if you go to your nearest restaurant SUPPLY, they have these big scoops that are really made just scoop the ice out and I purchased one to help with potty there. They have several sizes but they got a real big one and it’s aluminum so it’s not gonna break down the aluminum it’s all one piece. It has a hole on the handle where you can put a string to hang it by the dollar store that I don’t know what they’re made for, but I use them to hang a lot of my garden tools
