I move slow and steady with the heavy stuff on the tractor. Having said that, the T264 will put some work to bed.

Yeap, I spread 5 cubic yards of fill dirt today in 45 minutes, I still had to grade it with a rake. But the time and work on my back saved from not using a shovel enabled me to get it leveled and seeded by the end of day. Last weekend it was stump and small tree removal with the stump bucket. Very capable machine.

@@TonysTractorAdventure is there any common issues you came across on the t264 like bolts to pay particular attention to for backing out or anything I've heard on some brands some of the loader bolts have a tendency to back out over time. Any little issues you had so I can have a double check over my new machine as a precaution I would be very gratefull

I have yet to have a problem, but loader bolts back out on every brand. I will probably take mine out in the 50 hour service and put loctite on them.

@@TonysTractorAdventure I wish we had the attachments for smaller tractors like u guys do theres not much variety or competition here so the main brands dominate and charge a fortune and the other options are usually totally budget based and not worth it and shipping price kills the rest of the overseas market for us. Great video Tony. I own a tym t234 and think it's great value for the money. I've got a suggestion for some future videos, comparing your t264 to some other simular size or price tractors. I can't find any videos like this and think it would really be helpful to people looking to buy a smaller tractor.
@TonysTractorAdventure3 жыл бұрын
I will look into that. For now, we are focusing on building our shop and then the house. So busy. We will use the tractor a lot
@waynejanzen93463 жыл бұрын
I hear you. Actually I can relate to your situation. I'm helping my daughter and son in law build a house on the lot next to ours. We just finished clearing a building site and in addition to building the house, we have to process the wood that came off the lot, over 15 cords of firewood and even a larger volume of saw logs. My tractor and sawmill will definitely be getting a lot of use too.

@@TonysTractorAdventure probably. But I just had a buddy spend 16 grand on a small massey ferguson about the size in your video and he has operated larger tractors as he lives on a chicken farm. Which is what got me lookin iv always had stuff like the ferguson 35 or slightly larger tractors and can't for the life of me figure out why someone would pay so much more and get so much less. Iv always liked these little tractors but whenever iv tried to get a job done the smaller ones always seem to fall short other than in tight spaces and those situations are limited We own a little massey ferguson 1010 diesel we got for a screaming deal years ago. It basically just gets treated like a golf cart because it struggles with anything I try and do with it due to lack of weight and tracton. it just doesn't hold a candle to the ferguson 35 or even my TO30 if I need to do anything besides fit in a tight spot or take a youngen on a tractor ride

I just bought 5 acres and finally got brush cleared out. I am on a hill kinda half is pasture. I am trying to figure out which tractor would be good for maintaining the pasture and then leveling, snow removal, tilling. Was originally looking at kubota but the price is making me sick. This is my first property so everything is overwhelming and trying to make the best choice that I won’t be to scared to use u til I get use to it. Could you recommend a good size for a small farm? Tym is looking better the more I see with them
