Do you guys push to get referrals also? If so, those are leads you dont have to buy

Jeff, what percentage of the leads purchased by an agent will end up with that prospect not picking up the phone because they don't recognize the number? or you have a system in place to avoid it? Thanks
@DigitalBGA5 ай бұрын
It all depends on the lead type and the agent's speed to lead and contact attempt strategy if you're dialing on leads. On a common Facebook lead...If you're good, around 50-60% won't pick up. If you're average 60-75% won't pick up.

Shouldn't we be comfortable with the process before buying $5k leads to be more successful? ... (It sounds like you're saying the opposite, just wing it, learn as u go & hope for the best so I wanted to clarify as this has held me back) I'm not saying analysis paralysis but fluently understanding the system (Scripts, Underwriter guidelines, CRM, etc) TIA

New agents to a system are never comfortable enough. Pushing through discomfort is growth. It should only take a few days to immerse yourself in a script, learning 1-3 carriers application processes and navigating a CRM/Underwriting tool. You'll learn much more by doing the work consistently. We train our w2 agents over a few days, then throw them on the phones...we know they're not fully ready yet, but they get there quicker through doing the work and reflecting/learning on each presentation they make.

Hi Jeff, Great content. How many fresh leads daily do you suggest the new telesales agent purchase during that first 30 day full time ramp up? You mention $5000 in the video. Would that be sufficient capital to fund that first 30 days of lead flow? Thank you
@DigitalBGA Жыл бұрын
It depends on the lead type. We believe agents should be spending at least $200/day on leads or marketing. That's around 13 leads/day or 3-4 TV calls/day. Again, that's minimum. $5,000 in your first 30 days is a good rule of thumb to be fully immersed in telesales. Not one agent in our agency who took $5k worth of leads in their first 30 days has lost money - they all figure it out and it clicks at some point. (Probably should have mentioned that in this video)

5,000 plus another 1,000 for the non resident licenses. So 6,000 upfront to work with digital?
@DigitalBGA Жыл бұрын
No, not $5,000-$6,000 upfront. You should spend at least $1000/week (and that's with any independent telesales opportunity), not just ours if you're going to work this full time. After a couple weeks, your commissions will float your lead spend. You will spend $4,000-$5,000 your first month, yes. However you'll also have deposits that will more than cover it. If you're working inbound TV leads, it'll cost around $750 to get the states you need to enter our queues...less if you already have some. If you work outbound leads, you can get away with 2-3 states in the beginning.

@@DigitalBGA ok, great information appreciate the response. So around 1,800-2,000 for the leads and states combined? Not bad. There’s a 7day training as well correct? I hope

@@johnjacobs6862 Training can take as long as you need to feel comfortable. You'll be assigned a mentor to train you. All our mentors are in the trenches taking leads successfully.
