I just watched Vince Venturellas video on purple because it’s such a strange color. There is so much you can do with it being a combination of red and blue but that also makes it hard to shade and highlight.

The Gundam one prob was the best looking, but the other 2 were good aswell. I think the others have a bit of a a flat look (I think bc of the shadows being a bit weak on the other 2). I intend to use the Digibash aswell, never thought about it.

Love the Amazon Nids, they look killer and I kinda love the whole bug connection. My admech are based off just general allies WW2 uniforms because I thought olive drab skitarii and vehicles would look cool. Blah blah red is the holy colour of mars or whatever but they're my guys and I like the way they look.

You can also try colour schemes in Dawn of War if you have it, think there are mods that let you see colours for all the units.

thanks! if you aren't talking about the watercolor brush, it's just a cheapo brush i bought from walmart. i actually got a new one halfway in which is why its point is so sharp ahaha

Honestly? Just take a color scheme that you've seen in other media you like and paint an army up in it, I thought about doing some Space Marines with both Nightmare from SoulCalibur's color scheme for 1st company with the rest of the companies in a color scheme that's based off of the Drakeblood Knights from Dark Souls, i saw one dude paint up his Space Marines in Buzz Lightyear colors. Edit: lmao I made this comment before watching, the second I heard "steal it" I just started laughing.
