Can't eat cant sleep

I can't sleep, don't want to eat or take care of myself. My Mama passed away last Friday afternoon. So 4 days until the afternoon. She was my world. I took care of her over a decade and she was doing great when we got her into the convalescent home for 2 years and then they moved her and stressed her out until she got so tired she gave up and wanted to go see my Papa who died 21 years ago. She never recovered from that loss. Now I'm devastated 😢

It's seven yrs since I lost my daughter six nearly since I lost my son we were all ways together nothing left lost my sense of smell taste and hearing in left ear lost the will to live what's left would be brain dead if I woke up said hey world I've lost my adult children I feel fine

I'm sorry you are going through this. Life sometimes is just not fair but I hope you find the strength and continue living. I suffered a terrible lost two months ago and I'm also struggling to stay a float.
