I put this down a few weeks ago and my lawn definitely went from a lime green to a dark forest green. Works awesome but definitely smells bad when its wet.

I use the Sunniland Super Iron Plus. 16pct iron plus magneisium and manganese and humates. I tried the all natural but neighbors thought i had a sewage leak and the green doesnt compare with the 16pct iron

Technically 30-45 days but you can spot spray same day ( note grass May yellow with herbicide in temps 85 or higher )

Help please! I have a Bermuda lawn in Georgia and it’s been great, lots of improvement from where it was. I put down Scott’s weed and feed around April 1st and Scott’s southern lawn fertilizer every few weeks for about a month. Grass looks great… however weeds are now starting to pop back up. Is the weed and feed not a pre emergent? What should I do?

BYD, I'm finding it very difficult to get a deep dark green this year. And I have Bermuda grass. My question is about Scott's Green Max. Is that a good product to use and will it last long. Also do I use the Milo with it? Or ironite. I've tried the Fertilome 24-0-4 with 2% iron. Just need some input sir.

I put down the 16-0-0 double dark, plus hit with iron in a sprayer, then waited 4 hours to water it in so iron can stick to grass blades. Can I still use Milorganite as well, even though double dark has bio nite in it?

Yes you can still apply Milo but since you sprayed it with iron I’d hold off a few days to see what my results will be from the first 2 apps.

Thankfully I brought my Sunniland really early based on BYD. I applied yesterday (6.2.22) Thank God it rained about 2 hours after application and I did cut the yard about 3 hours before application.

They are extremely similar with the exception of the prill size. Sunniland prob takes a bit longer to digest. Both are great. Supply and demand, and this country needs workers before we are all…

I use one bag of Milo for my front 1800 sq ft of bermuda and it works great. At that rate it’s about 1 pound of nitrogen per 1000 (32x.06%=1.92 pounds N per bag?so 1.92 divided by 1.8= 1.06 pounds of nitrogen per 1000 sq ft.) You aint lying about that smell though…been running irrigation 3 times a day as I’m reseeding a few spots that I pulled features out of this year. When it’s 90 F and the lawn just got watered…it smells like every dog (and their owner) in the neighborhood just 💩 on your yard-lol
