I’m not sold on battery powered lawn mowers. I’ve been using my Toro Recycler for 16 years and it’s still going strong. When I do make the move to a battery operated one I want it to mow while I focus on the garden.

DeWalt battery powered mowers have been recalled due to every time they get wet they start "without user input" and are "unable to be shut off"

furthermore and more importantly, electric mowers and vehicles are LESS efficient, not more. all that battery is doing is storing energy from the time gas was burnt to make it, to the time when you use it. it is ALWAYS more efficient to burn the fuel at the point where it is being used i.e. gas-powered vehicles. and that can be said with 100% confidence because it is physically impossible for it to be otherwise.

No you got it wrong, the mower was 800 and the battery was 1300, not sure what mower you saw that said don't get bottom wet. More than likely you haven't own a commercial battery 🔋 from Kress 🤷🏾♂️

@@CP-os1pc yes, I explained why I don't much all of them. You'll need to give them time to break down. If the soil temps are getting below 40 they'll have a harder time or may not break down. This is why I recommend Doing in the Fall. Doing this weekly works best. Remember mulch the leaves not the grass and leaves 🍁
