All of the mods he did work nicely on the car, and it was done tastefully. I really do like the wing! I painted the screws black - they should have been. But seems like should have been covers over the larger diameter counterbore. They could offer in colors!

hmmm... I thought about putting an aftermaket widebody kit and a supercharger on my C8 SR, and a ton of other Z06 like items too on my car; but then I thought - no matter what mods (and I can do a ton more mods on my C8 SR still..!) I do here, it will never "ever-ever-ever" be a real Z06-Z07 car period. So for better or worse, I am fully committed to getting the C8 Z07 even if I have to sell my soul to the Devil (i.e. Dealer) himself, or give up a kidney, I am "all-in" for the real thing...! LMAO...!!!

I’m with you completely. Personally I really don’t care about getting the “Z06 look”. It’s that high revving naturally aspirated V8 that makes the Z06 special. I’m of the opinion that if you really really want something alternatives will never really satisfy the itch. Not criticizing this car at all btw. If the guy loves it then great. He shouldn’t be trying to impress anyone but himself. But for me personally it’s that engine that makes me lust for the Z06.

Wing does look good! Certainly looks like the bolt holes are made to have caps that would clip in place. The wheels are exceptional and nearly a Z06 style. The color of them works real well too. I might have gone for a wider side aero skirt. Good choice on the interior color. I would pass on the roof defusers, as a little busy, and maybe the tow hooks but the car is a standout for sure. An idea for the wing end caps might be to make some sort of caps to place in those holes then place over them a piece of wrap in red with the stylized Z06 image logo like on the Z07 Indy Pace cars wing end caps. That little red would pick up the calipers and maybe give him an excuse to add some other little red accents. A supercharger would make a nice addition to make this car stand out in performance as well.

I'll admit, 2 years ago when you posted spy shots of the Z06 with that wing I made fun it. But that was with the black & white camo wrap. Now I've had time to look at it and study it, I really like the Z07 wing. I think it has a very exotic look and fits well with the C8 design. I'm waiting to order mine in Carbon fiber from AG motorsports. Their version is more identical to the GM version. It has the winglets molded in as one piece (no ugly bolts exposed on the winglets). And better connecting hardware like what GM uses. Plus AGM uses the best pre-preg Carbon and resins. Check it out!

I like the look of the wing, not such a big fan of the corner caps. Some how they will figure it out. You can always repair the holes and refinish the bumper while it is off the car. I guess you can put a twin turbos on the car, but you won't have the sound of the flat plane engine. Nicely done mods!

Thank you Justin for the video. What a beautiful C8! I am on the waiting list for both C8 Z51 Stingray and C8 Z06. However, with all the things going on with the Z06, I don't think I will get mine 3 - 4 years from now. The Stingray will definitenately come much sooner, hopefully by March 2023. I didn't see a template but it should use the same 2 middle holes that any of the stock spoilers do so worst case you could use a template from any aftermarket spoiler.
