this is so cute c: i play uke too, but yours sounds so cute and casual, if that makes sense. its not like "BAM BITCH HERES SOME NOISE", its like "im gonna make an adorable sound"

Also 2 things 1. Try playing with a soprano instead of a concert it has a higher pitch and I like it better in my opinion and 2. How do you sing while playing I can only play if I try to sing I lose the rythym
@DanDanPlaysMusic7 жыл бұрын
actually this was a soprano and anyways sopranos don't have a higher pitch, they just have a less resonant sound which is why I prefer a concert uke, the real difference usually comes in the shape and material of the uke and a bigger uke just means a fuller sound, pitch is determined by string tightness. Also I'm not sure how to help u with singing and playing at the same time, ig once u get more comfortable with your rythms it gets easier

DanDan Plays Music sorry I didn't notice the size of the uke, also I went back and watched your march to the sea tutorial and you really have changed a whole bunch dude

Every time I try and play a B chord this awful buzzing sound occurs. I have tried everything that the internet says to fix it. What am I doing wrong?
@DanDanPlaysMusic7 жыл бұрын
Aurgo if you've made sure everything is tightened up on ur uke itself then the problem is probably that ur not pressing your fingers down on the strings hard enough. try pressing down as hard as you can and plucking each string to see if they all sound full and not muffled or buzzing (which is usually what happens if ur not pressing hard enough)
@ajurgo7 жыл бұрын
DanDan Plays Music tried it. still buzzing. is it possible the neck of my uke is bent? It only happens when I play B which is frustrating
@DanDanPlaysMusic7 жыл бұрын
Aurgo how long have u had the uke? It might just be the strings themselves and u might need to replace them, otherwise I have no idea why only a B chord buzzes
@ajurgo7 жыл бұрын
DanDan Plays Music I've had it since April. it has been in some hot temperature though. we were on vacation last week in the near hundreds and very humid.
@DanDanPlaysMusic7 жыл бұрын
Aurgo ok, that's not a long time but maybe the temperature had something to do with it, in the winter whenever I would walk outside with my uke I would have to retune it, same if I walked back inside
