Guys at the dealership have the mental maturity of toddlers. Calling people nerds, trying to be intimidating with dumb, goofy grins on their faces, defying police and picking fights. And of course, as soon as the cuffs are slapped on, he's docile and cooperative. It's amazing how many adult children there are in one place.

The guys at the dealership are exactly what the UK let into their country which was a huge mistake and now I fear Canada is facing the same crisis

Canada has faced this problem since the early 1980’s and is facing it every day. Try researching the name Bob Raye: this piece of crap passed a bill in 1990 in the province of Ontario preventing all white males from being permitted to apply for government employment. I lived it when I graduated university…try watching the society when you’re out of university and around you are minorities who couldn’t speak English. I’m absolutely against violence however; have the scales been tipped to one side completely? Before minorities were discriminated against and that is unacceptable. Now, the minorities have more power than the majority! One cannot wish anyone “Merry Christmas” because that’s discrimination against everyone else who is not Christian. Meanwhile results of the most recent census in Canada were 82.4% of Canadians are Christians. We are only permitted to wish someone, “Happy Holidays”. Meanwhile in government offices a prayer room for Muslims must be instituted. Why can’t Christian’s demand a Chapel to be instituted in government offices for employees?I had a difficult time watching the first incident with those punks and idiots. I’m not violet yet a big person with natural born strength: I would certainly assist those enforcement officers and police officers one on one and make sure that their sorry asses be returned back to their country of origin.

Oh right because your kind is even better... As a Native white Englishman I have more in common with immigrants than I do with racists. At least some immigrants are educated, where as there is not a single racist on the planet who is educated enough to consider themselves a real man. I don't get how they stop enforcement once they find out that a debter has ADHD. They are making out like ADHD makes you incapable. I have severe ADHD myself, yet I am still held accountable for my actions. I hate it when people hide behind their diagnoses when trouble arrives. It is like using dyslexia or dyscalculia as an excuse for not being on time for work.

Look, I don't know much about ADHD, I don't have it and I don't really know anyone who does take medication for it etc, BUT from this show and this case it doesn't really sound like the ADHD was the main excuse here. He began saying his son has ADHD but also said that that his son had many more issused, mental problems etc. Not defending someone from using ADHD as cover from their wrongdoing, just saying it doesn't sound like that was their main excuse, problably a lot more behind his sons problems that just wasn't said as a diagnosis.

@@Fizzure3000 Exactly. This wasn't just ADHD. Don't get me wrong, impulsivity and risk taking behaviour is certainly part of it, but it is still possible to take a moment to reflect on the decision you are about to make. I agree with you that ADHD is most likely not the only diagnosis. Because while he does talk about actions that are fitting with ADHD, these actions usually stop presenting themselves when we reach the age of critical thinking and calculating risk and reward. So it might have made it worse for him, but ADHD is not the source of the problem here

@@kjeldversleijen1067 My point is tho that you made it sound like that was the main reason for his sons behaviour and I made it clear (if you listen to everything the father says) that that probably isn't the case, I made a point of you needing to see the whole picture and not to single the one thing you personally got hung up on which twists the story to something it isn't, you do realise that right?

There’s varying levels of adhd actually even in the USA. In severe cases of adhd it’s borderline schizophrenia level uncontrolled behavior. So for him being declared medically vulnerable due to adhd I can guarantee you it’s not simple adhd that a pill or something simple fixes as only the most extreme cases will result in the person being diagnosed vulnerable. Doesn’t mean it’s ok he should be allowed to walk away from the debt no doubt but it does mean that enforcement is not the tool to collect it so they have to step aside and have the courts use alternative measures to collect it

Geez! Adhd kids can.be hard however owing a debt wont push him over the edge ,they dont seem to worry about things like that.The parents get to do all the worrying for them.
