The no-hands guy does better than I ever did. I struggled for two seasons with a Cruzbike and finally sold it. Why? One day I got out my conventional road bike, and it was such a pleasure that I decided I'd had enough of that Rube Goldberg front-drive/front-steer setup. It may suit some people, but I'm not one of them.

Does yor knees being bent and leg not straightening not limit your power and damage your knees when climbing?

Looks so nice, and sand must be well compacted. which model cruzbike is this? Quest?
@JohnCampbellmarleybikes3 жыл бұрын
It's a very early Sofride which I extended later on into a cargo carrier. It may be an original.

@@JohnCampbellmarleybikes Thanks for replying, John. Have you uploaded a video of the cargo carrier? Very interested in seeing that. Cheers, gareth.

What kind of sand is that that it's so hardpack?
@JohnCampbellmarleybikes3 жыл бұрын
That's a great question. Hilton Head Island in SC. Low Country and the tides roll out for quite a distance leaving a HUGE playground.

hello, how does driving uphill look like? Is it really so hard to ride up the horizontal bike?
@JohnCampbellmarleybikes3 жыл бұрын
It climbs similar to a front-wheel-drive car, no better or worse than any recumbent.

Why not hAVE ONE OF THE COROPLAST CAMPERS AS THE REAR.. ... THE WAY TO GO.

They really pull well and would make excellent cargo "engine". I stretched this a few years later.

@@JohnCampbellmarleybikes Damn.. where are the pictures of that??? Hell you could put a fold out tent with support stands... It would be a winner. Inflatable for insulation..
