Oh my gosh thank you!!! I’m a high-school level tap dancer, however i was injured recently and missed out a lot. Now i’m ✨craving✨ extra dance practice. This will be a fun thing for me to work on! :D

Good tutorial! It was a bit fast at tempo but I paused and practiced til I had it down. 💃🏼

what kind of tap shoes do you have?
@rachs19463 жыл бұрын
I really like this routine and it’s challenges, but I feel like this goes a bit too fast for a tutorial. Maybe next time slowly get people up to speed rather than just going flat out? idk i’m not an expert, it’s just my opinion
@raxhe13 жыл бұрын
agreed but I still love the combo.
@sirihammondactor2 жыл бұрын
I think it assumes you know the terminology which would be expected at this level. Five count riffs, shuffle, paradiddle, ball heel, stomp, etc…
@rachs1946 Жыл бұрын
@@sirihammondactor good point! I was probably a bit in over my head when I attempted it!

I have a separate tutorial posted for a pullbacks if you want to check that out.

I prob shouldn’t have assumed that ppl know what they are 😂
@Dorofeev03 жыл бұрын
@@NicoleTapz but u explain easier things) np i found thid double pull
@NicoleTapz3 жыл бұрын
@@Dorofeev0 I know. It’s just one of those steps that I assume people know so I would just say “pullbacks” or “toe stand” or “wing” instead of actually teaching how to do that step. I have the separate tutorials for the tricks steps. Mostly because those trick steps need a Tutorial all to themselves. When I first started posting these I did not anticipate that so many people would be using them and I kind of knew the audience that I was doing them for. So if I knew they knew how to do a certain step I didn’t even think to break it down. From now on I will be more cognizant of that and at least make sure to mention that there’s a separate tutorial for any trick steps. Thanks for the heads up.

- Very good ! Thank you ! BUT .... For beginners, it's a very fast pace, impossible to follow! YES, and the feet are not particularly visible, so it’s impossible to make out the movements well!
@NicoleTapz Жыл бұрын
Hi, thank you for the input. It’s actually for an advanced beginner so someone who has more than three years experience who would know the terminology. On KZbin you can adjust the playback speed so you can actually slow this down in the settings. Also because it’s a video, you have the ability to pause and rewind. I try to keep the tutorials as short as possible, because of these options that you have on KZbin. If I were teaching this in class, I would definitely take more time. But when teaching in person, we don’t have the option of stopping and rewinding, and of course, changing the speed in which it is being played. And I definitely agree That the feet are not visible and I had not realize that until well after it had been posted so my apologies for that.

that is not beginner
@NicoleTapz7 ай бұрын
You are correct. That’s why I labeled it as being advanced beginner/intermediate. Advanced beginner would roughly be 3-5 years training and intermediate is roughly 5-7 years.
