The centre dial to control the infotainment system is a slam dunk!! I’ll never understand how manufacturers think it’s a good idea implementing touch screens! Singularly the best way of taking your attention off the road!

Very conservative figure for a inline 6 3.3L turbo, a previous generation N55 (single turbo double scroll) can easily push ~272kw/465Nm (N55B30T0). Mazda must have reserved for reliability purpose, it is a new engine, so...

Rumors say Mazda is still considering a redesign for the CX-5. Not sure what they'd call it. I understand not wanting to kill off their most successful model name but I'm sure CX-5 buyers wouldn't care and be more than pleased with the CX-60. (CX-70 in NA.)

It would be great to see Mazda's six-cylinder find its way into the BT-50 and D-Max, it would give the V6 rivals a run for their money, and with the Mazda-Isuzu partnership it makes a lot of sense. The turbo petrol version with 209kw with assist from an electric motor is doing it so easily. A 3.3 litre turbo 6 cylinder with 15 psi of boost would make 300 plus kw on its own. It’s not a bad thing… it’s an under stressed decent size 6 cylinder. I like it! The diesel is even better!
