Can the All New 2024 Nautilus SAVE Lincoln?

The all new 2024 Nautilus is a midsize luxury SUV that hopes to turn that around and focus on American luxury. It offers a tranquil and tech-laden interior, a future hybrid powertrain option, and a dynamic new look. For 2024, the Nautilus gets a major redesign that brings it in line with the brand's latest design language that heavily emphasizes the Lincoln logo. Lincoln has to get this one right since its all-crossover lineup can’t afford another Continental-type failure. Let’s see if they did it.

I've never owned a Lincoln but lately I've been looking at Lincoln's and I'd like to have one. I like this new version of the Nautilus

I can understand that. I really liked the most recent Continental a lot, but it was just too bad that the interior had more plastic than I anticipated for the price. I think they've learned their lessons now.

@@AutoInari great. I'd hate to buy one and it's filled with a bunch of plastic. I noticed you said the Lexus is probably more reliable than the Lincoln but Lexus is extremely reliable being it is a toyota. Would you say Lincoln is more reliable than Mercedes and BMW?

@@aaronkolatch5211 Overall Lincoln reliability is pretty average. A lot depends on the way it's driven and how well a car is maintained. But what I know to be true is that overall the Lincoln will be much cheaper to repair than a comparable Mercedes or BMW.

That might be hard to answer. It is priced competitively for the segment of the market they want to compete. It’s up to each customer to figure out if it’s the right price for them.

I like much of the new tech and styling, but the 4 cylinder engine scared me away. I bought a 23 Black Label with a 2.7 V6 and very pleased with it.

I had decided this would be my next vehicle purchase until I found out it is completely built in a factory in China and imported to the USA. There is absolutely no way I’m buying a Chinese built Lincoln.

The Nautilus is exceptional, but there’s a lot of misinformation in this video. The hybrid is a 2.0 turbocharged engine and the fuel economy standards have not been released yet, but it’ll have 310 HP.

Thank you for your comment. It was mentioned in the video that some information, such as fuel economy, was from 2023. However, that part was not on-screen. That can be an update moving forward in future videos.
