Good intel. Had a Grex Pinner for years, maybe 16(?). SO reliable!! Keep'em coming!!

Thanks for the heads up Sedge, like you, I’ve had the old model many years, but it’s time for an upgrade, love the lockout feature! Thank you

Woodpeckers had the Grex on clearance last week. Now I know why. Me personally, I prefer coordless and Milwaukee is King of Coordless nailers! I have the m18 framing nailer,15 gauge finish nailer and 18 gauge brad nailer, in the m12 line up I have the stapler, 23 gauge opn nailer and cable stapler (awesome!)

You convinced me. Just bought the new model. Thanks for the info, and great video explaining the (basic) usage! 😎👍

With certain glue ups, I don't think they would be possible without a 23g pinner. Been very happy with my Hataci for years, but that Grex, high droll factor for that one. Thanks Sedge.

Great gun. I like the 21 gauge even better. As an installer, their cordless models are amazing.

Thanks for this - I have the older model of this and thought it would work well to hold Domino joints in place while the glue is drying , but I haven't found that to be the case personally. This is with one Domino mortise on the tight setting and one on the middle setting. Would it work better if both mortise holes were drilled on the tight setting? I'm doing some cabinet face frames and shaker-style doors out of maple and still find that they have to be clamped. Thanks for the videos!

I use it on the tight setting for both...... that way the domino is pinned / locked .... check out this video for more details ...kzbin.info/www/bejne/foPLfqWNmLCfldU

I've been looking to upgrade what I am using now but, haven't seen anything worth looking at. This item is bookmarked. Clearly well thought out. I'm guessing their 16 gauge finish nailer is also better than the usual suspects? Off topic: Im also going to be diving into your tapered column build that I just watched the video of.. I may even do the unthinkable. Use metric.. and the indexing pins as well..

Hi Sedge, I’ve had this new Grex nailer for about 6 months now. Up until yesterday I’ve only used the grex brand of pin nails. Do you happen to know if these guns can use other brands of 23gauge pin nails?
@sedgetool3 ай бұрын
I have used other pins in mine...but .. I prefer the Grex pins because I have so many ..🤣

I always wonder what that no mar guide was used for. Man, what an awesome feature! And that override? How many times does it happen that you lock out just one or two pins shy. Lol.

How hard is for them to make a black line for the center mark on the no mar tip. Every tool maker is afraid of Contrasting colors! C’mon manufactures!
