Now BJP is not even in alliance they have to get 60% more votes. Lets assume 50% of ADMK supporters switch side and vote for BJP.. no DMK supporter will switch side. They would rather kill themselves than switch sides. So the vote has to come from ADMK. Even with a huge 50% switch of vote BJP is short 30% votes to win any seats. 1 seat they have a chance is PMK. that's a vote for PMK not for BJP. Every single Tamilan knows this math.

But where BJP will swing high like say Coimbatore there BJP will win. You cannot compare last election with this one. Last election AIADMK was fighting. BJP was just a partner to make up the numbers. This time BJP has shown intent to win. On its own. This is first time in my memory a national party has shown the intent to win and not just to make numbers in Tamil Nadu. That was the key. And the BJP has run a very spirited campaign based both on political and cultural grounds. And culture is very important because of regional factors in Tamil Nadu. But politically also the BJP's push from PM Modi and Annamalai was very strong. I mean Tamilsai Soundyarajan resigned as governor of Telangana to fight from Chennai South. Just look at the fight the intent the Tamil Nadu state unit of BJP showed. If at all BJP wins fewer seats it will be because AIADMK will overperform and take the majority of anti-incumbency votes but if BJP swings in the key constituencies say like a Coimbatore it will win. I think BJP will surprise. In fact the only thing stopping BJP is the weaker organization than DMK and AIADMK. They are obviously stronger there. But my assessment of 06-08 stands firm in Tamil Nadu.

Faye, you are doing a great job. I’ll just put across 4 points that you might agree with. 1). Inauguration of temple before the election is a big mistake that BJP committed. Once the temple is completed, there is no incentive for those 6% extra voters that BJP got in 2019 over 2014 vote share as those 6% voters definitely wanted the temple be made even though they were unable to find a proper job and feed their families. Even otherwise in stock market, we have a saying that ‘ buy on rumours (temple will be made) and sell on news (target achieved) hence exit from that agenda. 2). Declaring 400 seats as achieved, Mr Modi hit on the pride of the people who were BJP voters though suffering in poverty, joblessness and otherwise. It made them to realise what I have in my hand, how to take care of my family etc. And that my support has been misused and BJP rather than talking about jobs, it was only talking about 3rd largest economy with which poor workers have nothing to do. 3). Money matters in india. It is most important. We have seen it in Delhi and Punjab elections in which just 200 units free electricity and water supply changed the government. Offer of Congress of Rs 1 lac per year to poor women and certain monetary assistance to unemployed people has clicked. People wud trust Congress on this and now they won’t trust BJP even if they make a counter offer due to poor record of BJP on that front. 4). BJP will lose miserably in Maharashtra, they have lost their vote base. Even poor workers such as maids have not voted for BJP in this election. It’s likely that UBT Shivsena of Udhav Thackre and NCP of Sharad Pawar May get over 60% votes..

Without cheating; BJP: 205 -215 NDA: 245-255 But, we should also consider the 1.07cr votes gifted to the BJP by ECI. Considering this kind of theft, BJP would win another 70 - 75 seats taking their tally to 280-290 crossing the 272 mark, while NDA will easily cross 330-340 seats. Now, you know why PK is brought back to give interviews to Godi Channels giving out the Verdict in favour of BJP. His verdict and claims are brought in to justify the theft of 1.07cr votes. We very well know what PK is doing in Bihar with his Jan Suraaj Yatra, which will eventually turn into a political party. BJP has already taken care of JDU, and PK is taking care of RJD. The focus is on 2025 Bihar Assembly Elections, where BJP & PK's Jan Suraaj aim at forming the government sidelining the growing popularity of Tejashwi Yadav (RJD). PK's backdoor association with BJP is the only reason for him to jump into these general elections. He gave interviews around 1st phase and the main aim was to discard Rahul Gandhi and the INDI ALLIANCE that was indirectly in support of the slogan 'Abki Baar 400 Paar'. Then, he vanished. But now as BJP has experienced the anti-incumbency and foreseen the loss they got their appointed Election Commissioners to manipulate the data and brought back PK to justify the manipulated numbers. But why bring PK to justify the manipulated numbers? The answer to this is very simple. PK comes across as an non-biased individual as he isn't officially associated with any political party. Fir people to believe the manipulation in Elections, BJP needs an external face to send out that narrative in public. This entire election has turned out to be a sham. Supreme Court is the last hope. Hope our Supreme Court manages to save our democracy and harshly punishes the culprits and orders either re-election or disqualifies the ruling party who have attempted to kill our democracy.
