Agree. This is one of the most objective views of the Lions offense that I have seen in a long time. Most people outside of Detroit do not realize how special and powerful this offense is for the Lions. Their stats compare with some of the greatest offenses in the past 25 years. Not counting the 2nd game of the year against Tampa where Detroit was rusty, no team has had any success slowing down this offense. Even in a loss to Buffalo, Detroit still put up 42 points. No way the commanders keep pace with that type of offensive output.

@@thomasalexander8581 I think plenty of us understand how incredible and special the Lion’s Offense is. It’s literally all we have heard about and seen all year long. Goff is incredible. Jamison Williams is a rocket. We all know that. The Lion’s achilles heel has been their Defense. Even with the great win record, they have struggled against mobile QBs all year. Jayden Daniels has done things no one has seen before. This is what will make this game fun and interesting. The underestimated team has been the Commanders, and this is what will make this a memorable game no matter the outcome.

@@thomasalexander8581 We all know how crazy good Goss and the Lion’s “O Line” is. It’s insane. The Lion’s Defense is their achilles heel. They lost to Buffalo because of Josh Allen as highly mobile quarterback. The Commanders have a dual threat highly mobile QB and the Commanders are also in the ranking the top 5 high scoring teams. The Lions lost to the Bucs, a team the Commanders just beat on the road in a Playoff game. The Lions have the most chance to win, if Goss has turnovers, or if the Commanders can hold onto the ball for 30 + minutes, and a 92 yard drive with 17 plays keeping Goss on the sidelines, anything can happen. Focus on these things, and you might lose a little confidence.

I loved Jameson Williams coming out, I wanted us to draft him.. thought he was the best receiver in the draft. Could’ve got him on a discount because the ACL tear late in the year

Looking for it the game this Saturday night. All the close games have been preparation for the playoffs. If it's close at the end, the Lions will feel a lot of pressure. We've been there the last six games or so.

It won’t matter man. We’ve played under pressure too and in much bigger games. You all have a shot but it’s mainly if the Lions have an off night and Washington capitalizes on that.

Detroit is scary but their D is bottom 3 in the league over their last 5 games. We need some turnovers and then hope to hold them when they are on offense.

I understand the lions offense has been crazy but against playoff teams it’s not like they absolutely destroyed them. They played 2 offenses in the top 5 in ppg and lost both of them.

1 was week 2 super early, and the last one was against detroits thinnest defense starting 3 players from other teams practice squads that had only been with the team for a few days. Bills are much more well rounded than Washington, and our defense is much healthier. So it’s not realistic to make that comparison
