As an owner of an American spec car, I can say you guys are missing out..!! I have the 2024 2.5RS model and that little extra power makes it a significantly better car. We dont get the fancy camera views, but I cant say I have ever had a need for that on a vehicle, ever. Also there absolutely are rear air vents. They are under the front seats like most cars. They dont need to be plastered on the back of the arm rest to get the job done.

That engine and transmission combo has got to go. Need a proper hybrid and specifically not a mild hybrid. Ridiculous they are charging an extra 5k for this. Boot is too small. What the heck are Subaru thinking?

It is also the only option if you want an AWD for this price - worth mentioning. But severely under powered. Like all Subarus these days

AWD ? No wonder it was heavier and thirsty than other rivals . I don't think Subaru makes a good move for AWD in this model . This car not for sportier driving proposes . So FWD is enough . Why Subaru ? Why ?

Apart from the BRZ, AWD kinda is Subaru’s MO. A better question is why no 2.5 RS version??

It's underpowered. The US get an RS variant where it have 2.5L engine which at least a litle bi beer than the 2.0L engine.

They probably got a better deal with the smaller engine. The profit margin may have been too low with a larger engine. This car is not marketed towards those who want a fast car. It’s basically a car for older people or those wanting to get around town.
